Luna Moss Studio is an intimate independent garden yoga studio in Kings Heath founded and run by Yogi Claire. The purpose-built space hosts regular yoga classes, yoga nidra, sound baths, women's circles and small retreat-style experiences. Its approach is strongly influenced by nature, seasonal practice, mindfulness and creating a calm non-judgemental environment.
