Workington
Cumbria Coast Karate is a karate club based at High Harrington Community Centre near Workington. Founded in 2017, it was set up to provide a technically focused approach to karate that is effective for self defence. Classes are open to adults and children from around six years old and welcome complete beginners. The club offers regular weekly sessions in a supportive environment with an emphasis on good basics, control and confidence building.
