Mawbray Cheese Company hand-makes over 20 varieties of cheese using locally sourced Jersey cow and goat milk. The independent micro-dairy sells direct and via regional farm shops and festivals. Cheesemaking is small-batch with vegetable rennet. They are rooted in the Solway coast community.
