Loaf was voted Bakery of the Year in West Midlands 2026 by the people who use them.
Loaf is an independent cooperative bakery and cookery school rooted in Stirchley in Birmingham. Its bakery specialises in naturally fermented sourdough alongside baguettes, focaccia, rye bread, croissants and other pastries. Loaf champions Real Bread made without artificial additives and has been serving the local community since 2009.
