Independently owned Victorian guest house close to Loughborough town centre, the university and the Great Central Railway. It provides award-winning B&B accommodation, private parking and a traditional breakfast service. The property won Channel 4's Four in a Bed and received its fourth Leicestershire award for best B&B or guest house in 2024.
